orcas events is pleased to help guide your way. The Washington State Ferry departs from Anacortes, WA and Sidney, British Columbia (please refer to the State Ferry Schedule for route information). A quick shuttle from Sea Tac airport to Boeing Field can also connect you to a 45 minute flight to Eastsound Airport…minutes from the office. The quickest (and most stunning!) travel to Orcas Island is via floatplane departing from Lake Union or Lake Washington in Seattle (landing at Rosario, Westsound, and Deer Harbor Marinas). For group travel, charter boats out of Anacortes or Bellingham are convenient, fun, and memorable for all of your guests. You can even treat your guests to a private whale watching trip on the way home!
